Resnick Consulting developed a highly successful e-learning module to instruct  sales colleagues on how to navigate a new website entitled Sales Universe to find needed information. Case Study: Novartis Oncology
Employee Communication

Case Study: DTCC
Onboarding
While conducting best practice benchmarking, DTCC was referred to Resnick Consulting to help them develop an onboarding strategy and create an onboarding website for new employees and their managers. The innovative intranet site entitled StartSmart included office setup information, action checklist, learning resources, discussion guides, networking tips and more. In addition, Resnick Consulting created the slides and script for an onboarding learning module for managers of new or transitioning employees.   Back to Case Studies Page
